Okay so here’s the story. My iphone 4 started messing up, so i called apple on the 18th of october & requested to have a replacement. Deal was, they send me a box, i send my phone & they send me a new one back. BUT the IDIOT i talked to didnt warn me that the box would not only come through fedex, but should be returned via fedex. She simply said “mail it to us”. this being my first repair and not knowing, i took the box to the U.S.P.S. Post Office in Booneville, Mississippi on the 20th & dropped it in the Boxes outside the building, the ones where you put your mail when it’s closed. It is now the 11th of November & nothing. I have my tracking number, but nobody is pulling up any information, im thinking that because of the fact that it was a FEDEX prepaid shipping label they would send it straight to apple, but it should not be taking this long. & if they didnt send it to apple they would have returned it to me. WHAT IS THE DEAL???

The thing is that USPS has a standing arrangement with these other companies for them to retrieve missent packages like that. I think Apple has it, but are moving slowly on things.
